Panda Gate Defender

    Hello to everyone.
    I am a new member and i write you to help me with a "strange" problem that i have.
    You see i work at an office and my PC is under a local server through which i connect to the internet By T3 cable. Until recently i had no problems at all exploring the net.
    Yesterday something changed. In some of the sites there is a screen shows "Panda Gate Defender. Access denied due to security reasons".

    I can understand that there is a firewall (Panda Gate Defender) that stops me
    Is there any possibility i will get through it from my PC (not from server) at least for one specific site.

    If someone can help thank you.
