Interesting. Can any1 tell me if it's really lighter than FF?
Back when I used it it was quite a bit lighter.
Ty Hungry Man. Downloadin it to try!
I wish I could say the same. It probably all depends on what else you have loaded. Also some of the binary add-ons like Norton toolbars and Kaspersky toolbars don't work since it is not actually Firefox. I want to like it but in the end it was just less troublesome for me to stick with Firefox.
I used it way back before FF 4.0 and there were significant differences. Not sure if it's still the same.
I'm finding it to be about 10% lighter than Firefox 11.0, in the same scenario- i.e. same tabs, extensions, from what I've seen so far. But I've just looked at this briefly, and haven't done any extensive testing to establish for sure, and it definitely feels faster/snappier for me...but to what extent?
Maybe/hopefully one of our knowledgable members may test this to establish definitively?
edit: don't use any toolbars, but doubt if Norton toolbar works. Norton's cloud kept blocking Pale Moon a while back: http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showpost.php?p=2000516&postcount=1
