Outgoing SPAM detection

    Afternoon,
    I have had some users report that they are having issues sending emails when they are trying to send multiple at a time. We have been using ESET Smart Security for 6 months now and this issue has only just starting to occur even though these users send batch emails at the very least once a week.

    When they send the emails from the payroll program a log entry appears that reads "Outgoing spam detected" with the date/time and computer address details. What rules need to be added or selections need to be changed to enable the users to send emails without receiving this error.

    It is possible to disable outgoing spam detection in the IDS setup if they send email extremely frequently.

    Is this option missing from Remote Administrator Console?
    i can see it on the client but not on the Administrator Console
