   On XP, how do I reign in and control svchost.exe (netsvcs)? Periodically, it will use up to 96%-98% of my cpu resources (I'm not sure what it's doing??), and cause everything else to stall and grind to a halt -- sometimes for as long as 15-20 minutes.
