    Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could give me any suggestions for this curious problem.

But for my main Operating System (win2000) which is based as the C: Drive on both it and on every supersceding OS Selector installed operating systems.

But if I have a further OS system booted up and running, Donated 'F: drive' in my situation.

But if i use a regcleaning app or Junk file cleaning app. It insists on cleaning the reg entries and junk files on the non booted primary boot operating system C:/ drive, and then afterwards follows on and does the right Operating system on my booted up F: drive.

As I cant make the primary C: drive invisable to my F drive Operating system, as it is the boot drive. So how is the best way to overcome this problem. As i am guessing this could mean something vital potentially could get deleated off C: and cause it to no longer boot.

    Thanks
    Anthony
