    Isn't this a really really early prerelease? Give it time.

    Indeed, it's only an early release, but I must confess I was disappointed that it even lacked/lacks most of current Chromium features (that simply work). It made no sense to remove them, IMHO. That's disappointing. I wonder what went through their heads that made them decide that way. :blink:

    It is, and you're spot on that such an early view doesn't mean it's what we'll see in the final package. But I do see it as a look into the direction they're thinking. They doubtfully would have had to strip out so much in order to build it. I see them as "going back to basics" really and reinventing themselves. I don't think any of us expected it to stay the same exact Opera with a different engine, but it looks like they're changing the game up more than had been expected.

    We have no idea how much time it will take for them to implement features. I seriously doubt the preview right now looks anything like what we'll see as a final release.

    Does anyone know if Opera will also have flash built-in by default?

    Opera has the same ugly font rendering as Chrome now. :doubt:
