I am soliciting feedback. I have been running OpenDNS via DNScrypt off my Tapi adapter. Gibson Research Spoofability test reports Anti-Spoofing safety to be excellent. DNSleaktest reports that I do not have a DNS server result zero. I only get that result when I am inside the vpn. I have run every test I can think of and cannot seem to find any dnsleaks. Does anyone know anything about:

    https://www.dnsleaktest.com/how-to-fix-a-dns-leak.php

Is DNSfixsetup.exe worth anything? I really want to nail down potential dns leaks.

Now the other thing. My real ISP is Comcast. I have read that Comcast is redirecting port 53 DNS transparently. See article below. Can anyone confirm or deny this. Discussion please.

Any suggestions on improving DNS security without running dnssec would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

I have found https://www.dnsleaktest.com to be unreliable in the past especially when running windows, also on a windows box the dnsfixsetup.exe has made the issue worse o_O how dunno, it's a simple .bat file that on inspection should do as advertised. I solved my problem by installing Linux.
GRC's https://www.grc.com/dns/dns.htm gives consistent, accurate results, also IMO :)
