    Hi,

I am running True Image server Linux on a FC2 server.
All went well, until I got this morning this error: Unable to create volume snapshot.
I have enough space to create the files:
    [root@myhost 13-05-05]# df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
    /dev/hdc5 76G 12G 61G 16% /backup

    What could be the problem?

    Joop2

    Hello Joop2,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Linux Server Disk Backup Software.

First of all, please make sure you use the latest (914) build, which is available on our web site at http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/support/updates/. To get access to updates you should register your software first at http://www.acronis.com/my/products/registration/. Please disable any download managers, internet download/connection boosters, etc. before the download.

If the problem persists please issue the following commands:

    strace -o log trueimagecmd --list --partition:1-1 --filename:/tmp/test.tib --create --progress:eek:n
    dmesg > dmesg.txt
    mount > mount.txt
    lsmod > lsmod.txt

Please pick up all the files created and send them to support@acronis.com along with the link to this thread and your kernel version.

    Thank you.
