    It is because the links to grover.winsite.com specify that port 8888 should be used - if you check the HTML source you will find links like <a href='http://grover.winsite.com:8888/adrevolver/href?banner=76&url=http://www.inklineglobal.com/adsales/winsite/testing_winsite_cpa_468x60.html'>. These all appear to be advertising banners so I doubt you're missing much by having these blocked...
