Official support requests

    I've seen people saying "Make an official support request". But can I do this as a potential purchasee (who hasn't bought the product yet)? If not, it's a bit chicken and egg, as if I can't resolve the linux side of this product (see https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?p=1004338), we'll be looking at other products, as I'm running out of time to spend on this.
