    Hello all,
We're pleased to announce the next official release of Prevx/SafeOnline - 3.0.5.143 (a relatively minor upgrade). It should be released out for update within the next few days to existing users, but users can manually download the upgraded version from:

    http://info.prevx.com/downloadcsi.asp or http://info.prevx.com/download.asp?grab=prevxcsi64 if on a 64bit OS.

The changelog over the previous live build, .140 is:

    - (P30) Fixed anti-piracy measures on new installations
    - (P30) Improved database transaction efficiency
    - (PSO) Fixed a few graphic issues caused in other programs (SuperAntiSpyware in particular)
    - (PSO) Improved SafeOnline logic when automatically protecting credentials
    - (P3E) Improved "Silent Mode" within Enterprise
    - (P3E) Overall user experience improvements within Enterprise

Please let me know if you have any questions or comments! Thanks again for the testing :thumb:

Thanks PrevxHelp/Joe. Is it possible to say in broad terms what this means in terms of functionality (so I can test it again). You don't need say anything if its just internal/programming logic that's changed:

No problem at all :) We've been streamlining how we activate protection over credentials and how the overall system works internally. The changes will reduce the amount of overhead on each keystroke as well as improve the reporting of detected websites (i.e. if you do happen upon a phishing website and start to enter in your keystrokes, the legitimate website will open up after closing your browser, redirecting the average non-technical user without confusing them as to what is going on).

    Hope that helps! :)

With this release my IE has is crahing on certain websites when I have SO cranked up to maximum. For example, if I try to open a radar loop (Java) from the NOAA website, IE hangs, crashes, and never loads the radar loop. If I move the SO slider to High and restart my browser, I don't have this issue. I've never experienced any sort of anomoly with SO before.

If you could save a scan log and send it to report@prevxresearch.com, we should be able to fix it from there :)

    Thanks!
