NSIS recompiling question

I should preface everything by saying that I have purchased the program I am inquiring about; Prassi ONES. It is a great program, and I recommend it to everyone. I did some hunting around for a portable version of it because I use my flash drive a lot. Now, there isn't any official portable version so I would have to rely on one that was built. I did find one but it is in spanish. I want one in English. Here is what I did.

1. I extracted it, keeping the same folder structure, with Universal Extractor.
2. Then I deleted reso.dll; the file that translated ONES to spanish.
3. I downloaded NSISPortable.
4. When I try to recompile everything with the NSIS script that was present after I extracted the exe launcher, it doesn't recompile. . At least I think it is an NSIS script.

I should say that I am very new to NSIS scripting, so I may be wrong here. Can anyone help me? Below is the script and the log.
