Not Exactly An AntiVrus App...i

I know this is not really an antivirus program but I came across this some time ago and thought the concept may be the way of the future. Anyway I thought I would post it here and see what everyone thinks of it. The Anti- Executable program deems all unspecified apps, executables as unsafe and will not allow them to run at all. The Deep Freeze will return the workstation to its un harmed state by rebooting. Anyhow let me know what you guys think.
