not able to create image

    After installing Windows Xp with service pack 2, I have installed Acronis True Image and was able to make my first image no problem. Now I have made some updates on windows and installed some drivers and programs and I tried to create a new image (increment and/or new) and the dialogue box for creating the image opens but nothing hapens - it just sits there - nothing moves or gets created.. its very frustrating

    Can anyone help please?

    Please install the below update with disabled logging and check whether the problem persists.

    If the problem does persist, please enable logging by running the update once more, reproduce the program failure and send the c:\snapapi.log file to along with the link to this thread and Acronis Report (please read how to get it at Acronis Help Post).
