NOD32 with Net Nanny?

Anybody had experience using NetNanny with NOD32?

One of my customers just called to let me know NetNanny had told them they must turn off their anti virus to download and install!!
(just like one of the nice Australian ISP's who insist their customers do the same until after they've got their internet up and running, claiming that they're safe since they're not yet connected but failing to remember the window of opportunity between on-line and re-enable!!!! and in any case it's not necessary using NOD32... but I get mad and would digress completely since this is only item one on my long list for this particular ISP.)

I'm looking for successes / conflicts / configs if anybody has used NetNanny to pass along as suggestions to this NOD32 customer since I've not used NetNanny whatsoever.
