NOD32 v4.0.467 Works!

    Eureka!.. NOD32 v4.0.467 finally works for me!...

    Some time ago when NOD32 v4 first came out, I reported that v4 worked fine on my XP SP3 machine but the On-Demand scans hung on my Vista Home Premium SP2 machine. Because of that, I downgraded back to v3.0.684.

    v3.0.684 worked fine on the Vista SP2 machine until last month when one of the modules was updated (the Archive moduleo_O). From that point on, the On-Demand scan with v3.0.684 also started hanging on my Vista SP2 machine. I also posted a message here about that heppening.

    I am now happy to report that v4.0.467 works just fine on the Vista SP2 machine. The On-Demand scans (both Smart and Custom) no longer hang.
