I was browsing google images a couple of minutes ago, and when I clicked on one of the images I got one of those red boxes in the bottom right hand corner of the screen which said that there is a virus on that webpage. I deleted the files from quarantine, deleted my browser cache and history, and am running a smart scan now.

Can I actually get infected from a website? It didnt download anything as the connection was terminated. The website does have a dodgy name (my-birthday-fund.com), but I didnt know it as I was just browsing some photos.

How to know if im safe? I think this might have been a false positive as the website has a fraudulent name (?). This happened to me before with other websites. Help! What should I do next?
