    Hi,

I am planning to buy a Macbook in the next day or so and I intend to install Windows XP on it using Boot Camp. Will NOD32 work on this installation of Windows?

    Any help is appreciated
    Thanks
    DJ

There is no reason that I know of that it shouldn't work as expected on that platform.

    Hi podworthy, welcome to Wilders.

Unfortunately no, it will not work on the new platform.

    Cheers :D

Any particular reasons it doesn't like the Bootcamp environment? From what I know about it I would have thought it should work fine... more out of curiousity on my end here.

Hi there, the advice I gave above came direct from Eset, and that's all I know about it :doubt: :D

I guess you could always download the trial version of NOD32 and let us know... :shifty:

I suppose there may be some issues from the hardware side, as in, "What is a boot sector?", or the enumeration of the drives. It would be interesting to find out, though.
