nod32 on demand scan error - HELP!!!

hello!

every time i try to scan my pc (local\ in depth) or even just a single file,
i get the following 2 erros announcments:

the first one:
"nod32 - on-demand scanner has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience"
error code: 0X0000005

the second one:
"nod32 - on-demand scanner has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience"
error code: 0Xc015000f

please someone help me fix this (ive tried to patch using fix v2.2.3 but did not work)
my nod32 version is 2.51.26

You are using cracked version of the product . Have you ever expected fixed NOD32 to work ?!

This is illegal , against the EULA , against the laws . Buy genuie version of ESET NOD32 and then it will work and you will get first class support !
