nod32 first time

one of my good friends av subscription ran out so I had her load NOD
She's on dial up but ran an on line scanner a week ago
we configured as best we could without he nice guide which I just found
Nod found two version of w32 bagle(AB and drp.gen) which I think it removed(I was not on site)
It also listed all of the Spybot recovery files and other non scannable files
such as C:/win98...CAB...
(in black) was there any action we were to take on these?
should we clean up the spybot recovery files before scanning?
we also installed the optional spyware S&D tools, spyware guard, ie-spyads and spywareblaster
any incompatabilities?
-may be off topic- are the ie browser hyjack tools in these similar, do we need to run more than one? If so which one?
going to run ad-aware next and swiitch her to mozilla, clean up her TEMP directory, etc, etc (over 5000 *.tmp files in C:\ Windows--GONE)

after the ad-aware scan and some clean up we'll run again with your settings
if I find anything with ad-aware or if I suspect other baddies we usually run webroot spy sweeper's- free- one free update-program
then uninstall as it get's out of date

she's real lucky she did not get cws
