"soon" means "Stay tuned! Other versions will be released within the next couple of hours." I am right, aren't I? :D ;) Thanks for your reply. :)

    "Soon" means:

    1)In the near future; shortly.
2)Without hesitation; promptly: came as soon as possible.
3)Before the usual or appointed time; early.
4)With willingness; readily: I'd as soon leave right now.
    5)Immediately.

With willingness?? I do hope Eset is willing to release foreign-language versions! :D (I know they are!) :)

Ladies and Gentlemen, we are not going to play the guessing game again, as to when other languages will be available, this wears very thin, very quickly, I will simply refer you to this thread.

    Cheers

Just a quick question. Where do I find Blackspear's tweaks for 2.5? I've already used his extra settings for 2.13 and assume that many of the tweaks will still apply to 2.5 or are both sets of tweaks the same.

    TIA

Does the new version render Spybot and Adaware redundant? Is there any need for continued use of specifically anti-trjan software like a-squared or TDS-3?

No, I don't think the new version renders anti-spyware software such as Spybot S & D and Ad-Aware redundant. What's more, I would also use anti-trojan software such as BOClean, TrojanHunter or TDS-3.

"Layered protection" is the key word here. A layered approach to security is preferable to relying on just a single "anti-program". Just my 2 cents.

Oh that is worth at least $1.00, you are indeed correct.

    Cheers :D

I will also remove my VisualPackXP for NOD32 2.1 from eXcessive Software page since NOD32 2.5 supports Windows XP themes. I hope it helped for this short time :)

XOR SARCASM, SARCASM would be the fastest way to "turn off" Register "SARCASM" ;) Just as a node :D

    Muhaha :D Fun :D

My 2.5 beta (trial) just updated to 2.50.16 =) Now how long will I be able to use this trial before I need to decide if I want to buy it or not? 30 days?

Great job, Eset. Though I upgraded my computers at home, but I am waiting for next week to do it at work. :) Just in case. We do appreciate the hardwork you guys put into this.

What can you do to convert a previously beta now upgraded to 2.5 into a trial version?

Hi Melos, /heurdeep = Set deep heuristic sensitivity - technically Deep Heuristics no longer exists as it has a higher chance of producing False Positives.

    Hope this helps...

    Cheers :D
