    Hello.

Quit, not disable, IMON then reboot.

Also, has the following been excluded in AMON?

    C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\Mtadata
    C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\Mdbdata
C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\Servername.log (replace Server Name with your servers name)
    C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\Mailroot
    C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\Srsdata

When you install NOD32 on a server operating system...IMON will automatically disable itself....as it should NOT be installed on a server OS. Someone enabled it..either during the install, or later on. Disable it, and perform the above exclusions. (I just do mta, mdb, and mailroot directories)..but do as you wish there.

What's more, NOD32 for Exchange does not contain IMON at all, most likely you installed it over NOD32 for Windows.
