Just try NOT to use Caps Lock next time. Such writting is considered as yelling.

Well, it shouldn't be considered yelling as all caps is so much easier to read! I think everyone should post in all caps.

Are you trying to install NOD under a limited account? Please try to install NOD under a administrator account.

    To rejzor,
Appologise for yelling as i am new to this forum i will try to be more polite in future. I feel this is a software problem myself but am unable to rectify with downloads provided.
    To sir carew,
I am unable to download administrator programs as i have only paid for single user rites.
this is a dilema for me as i am not very computer literate all i want is to protect my computer with a protection package that has worked for me on my previous unit.
    Thanks for your replys

sir_carew's suggestion was to make sure that when you are installing NOD in XP make sure you do so under the Administrator account of the operating system. This has nothing to do with the NOD program itself.

There is a lot of useful information here as well; http://www.nod32.com/scriptless/support/faq.htm

Keep us posted how you do with the install.
