No Response From Support!!

    I emailed an urgent problem to support on Sunday, and have had no response.

    My software is dead in the water. I cannot restore images of my C drive as the boot disk doesnt work.

    **Edit** I have just seen some replys to my original thread by other forum goers, but nothing from the official support channel **

    I'm sure support is busy but this problem isnt a little niggle, it stops me using the software at all.

    When can expect a reply?
