No ICONS or TaskBar after MIGRATE 7.0 copy

Recently after using Migrate 7.0 to make a bootable HDD copy on a XP home system the new disk boots up with only the wallpaper on the display with the mouse and keyboard still active. Going into task manager and starting a new task called "explorer" the ICONS and task bar suddenly appear. On Subsequent boots everything starts OK and life is good thereafter.

This annoyance started about a month ago after installing
NAV2006 & GOOGLE Picassa. Not sure if these programs have anything to do with the problem

Does anybody have any ideas?

 

Yes nav is a pos. Thats my guess.

This issue is not related to Acronis Migrate Easy 7.0 certainly, because Acronis Migrate Easy makes the exact copy of a hard drive and does not make any changes in the content of the hard drive. Most likely this issue relates to some of Windows particularities, so we recommend you to scan the system for visuses, etc.
