"No free license" error message

    Snap Deploy 3

    I have have close to 84 free licenses yet I'm receiving an error that I have none. I have given up on the support directly from Acronis and I'm hopeful someone reading this forum has had and resolved this error.

    Are you using eval licenses?
    Are you deploying Server OS or Workstation OS?
    Snap Deploy has two type of licenses.
    I have also seen this issue with a set of corrupt license files. :mad:

    I have similar Problem with slight Twist.

    I am trying to use the Snap Deploy Console to Verify a Master Image.
    I receive an "Unsupported Protocol" Message which has lead me to believe I need the Agent installed on the machine.
    The Machine is running Windows Server 2003.

    When I try to Install the Agent I get a message telling me I have No Available licenses. I purchased new license and it shows up in License Server.

    I think I will try Un-Installing , Re-Installing the Lic Server. I'll let you know if it Works.
