NIC speed

    my nic spec is 10/100 but its show only 10.0 Mbps. Networking Cable are supported the link. For info i used win xp pro and before the speed show normal, 100 Mbps. Even i try change another nic's, but still same speed. And also when i put tcp/ip on next nic. it's prompt that tcp/ip has belong to other nic even that nic has uninstalled. It's say not pyshically appear. So any advice to take all things normal back. thanks you
