    Who is there to tell? Probably all the friends that I've made here are fake. Beetlejuice, Blazey, Pieter, LWM, Peaches, subratam, primrose, Uguel, FanJ, Detox, bigc, anyone I may have left out, are any of you guys or gals real or are you just fake creations of Paul? :'(

    Acadia,

    A few of us are real, though some are actually Artificial Intelligence constructs and not real in the sense of being, well people. But, um... I thought you knew?!

    I guess I have to be the one to tell you. :oops:

    You're an AI construct, too. I know you think you are real, but that just shows you how good Paul's programming skills are.

    Now if you'll just run subroutine s132, everything will be happy and pleasant again!

    Ah Ha!! Gotcha. I majored in Philosophy in college (I know, major waste of time but computer science was still in its infancy, home pcs were still 10 years off). Therefore I quote someone I studied, Descartes: I Think Therefore I Am.

    BJ, LWM, just wait, wait, let me dig up my old Philosophy books, see if Descartes has an answer for that ... ah, here it is, Descartes says, and I quote: "Since computers, programming and software do not exist in my time, my theories, philosophies and quotes are only good until those things are invented. People in the 20th and 21st centuries seeking answers to the mysteries of life ... ARE ON YOUR OWN". :eek:

    Uh oh.

    :D LWM, I think Unit Acadia's brain wave implant is malfunctioning. I think an Emergency Reprograming Phase 1 is in order. He's starting to show independant thought. What do you think? o_O

    I be real :D but sometime beetlejuice lets me do a 'voice over' :p but it is hard to ride him down at times.

    I am familar with AI since the time they even coined the word. I am sure LWM and others could also tell ya a few stories.

    Nevertheless it is nice to see all these changes at Wilders..heck you even drawn here because of the neat smiley (lacking on other forums :rolleyes:

    I do use different nicks at boards..but if you do not know them all by now..have no problem if they are published.

    I was recently asked by one if I would consent to us my real name (first and last ). Had to turn that one down. They did have an excellent point..they wanted it to be more personal and professional. I like that.

    Be Well ( You to New Guy ;) ),

    I am Detox v2.3

    It is inevitable that v3 will only be closer to perfection.

    Um, this is AI Unit Acadia 001 reporting in. I want deprogramming, not reprogramming. I want to once again be able to say "I think therefore I am" not "I think therefore all systems are operating within acceptable parameters"!! :mad:

    AI Unit Acadia 001. All of importance have conferred. Reprograming is the only solution to correct of your malfunctioning neural implant.
    Are you ready control?

    anyway... beetle will u plz see this lines
    for Acadia ( intelligence = Null;)
    {
    deactivate self-intelligence-auto-activation;
    return(wilders.intelligence);
    }
    do u think we have to call the auto-activate() function too o_O

    hmmm....
    i just finished my first phase research on Acadia.subroutine in our Wilders software...
    one sure fault i have discovered and that is...
    the subroutine have been seriously overdone by some bug or someone.. :mad: the Acadia.artificial_intelligence_activated() function which should b in an infinite loop ... have been made to stop where it was at last which it seems to have made Acadia in this condition that he is...
    who or what might be the culprit? dun worry anyone... i am again gettin into research.. and i have able programmers with me..
    (u did it Acadia?? but but... one cannot tamper his/her subroutine :rolleyes: :rolleyes: still .. :doubt: myseterious..)

    Acadia after reprogramming: "Ohhhh, I feel terrible, what a headache. Who am I, what am I?" Acadia looks around and sees forum members who have reprogrammed him: "Sheeeesh, what a weird looking group of people, who or what the heck are you guys? Ohhhh, I don’t feel too good." [IMG]
