Newbie with Update Problem

When I click on the Update button, I always get the an error message which says the server may be temporarily unavail or there is a conflict w/my firewall software or the update info file may have gotten corrupted during download.

I disabled Norton - no help. I downloaded again - no help. Is there a way I can download manually rather than use the update button?

Yes there is - simply download the following four files and overwrite the ones currently in your SpywareBlaster directory (C:\Program Files\SpywareBlaster by default):
