    Opera Software's Web browser 7.60 will incorporate Web and e-mail acceleration technology from SlipStream. The technology allows ISPs to offer up to six times faster browsing on dial-up and wireless connections, the two companies say.

    They just say before the end of the year. The year is almost gone.

    I would hope ISP's would pick up on the technology.
