Below is the logfile for my daughter's computer. Don't know what can/cannot be deleted. Right now she's having all kinds of problems staying connected to the internet. Anything here that would cause that problem? Any help appreciated.

    Hi greenhorn family,

Start with fixing the following in HijackThis and see if that improves things already :

    R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = http://www.websearch.com/ie.aspx?tb_id=%tb_id

Thanks Unzy. I deleted the files you mentioned (and found a couple others that were loading at startup) and things seem to be working now -- at least it was working okay when I left their house this afternoon.
