    Tried it last month.
    Went back to DW.
Really hope GS isn't going under. It's got a lot to offer.
This is the problem with the smaller operations. After awhile it becomes too much for them.
    Guess I'll sit and wait.

Agree but its to quiet as far as devolepment goes.where is DW is moving along nicely even free or paid sandboxie.Even If I never use a product or return to windows for that matter, I still hate to see company's go under for the sake of people that have mouths to feed.

i'm not even so sure about DW, which I'm very comfortable with. It seems Ilya's freelance programmer for the skins problem is giving him grey hair.
And I agree with you. Nobody should have to lose a good business.

Geswall is a very good product and if Edge wasnt around I would be using it. Geswalls site has their own forums and if you ask questions he does respond. It may not be in the limelight, but it is still developed and a very good product.

Hi, thanks for concern. I was abroad, busy for my exams. Just saw this thread yesterday. Seems a minor update. Infact they did not mail me about this but it,s really not new as the thread is old.

Am i missing something? Wil try it later though.

    No promised in Q1 2009

I found another strange untrusted to trusted change of GesWall.

GesWall has (I thing a short coming in regard to DefenseWall) some strange status changes of untrusted programs: f.i. when you copy an untrusted file from partition A to partition B.

I think I found another weak spot: when you overwrite file (with same file name) A with status untrusted in directory 1 to file A in directory 2 and teh latter was trusted, it changes to trusted.

    Could others check?

    Cheers Kees

Still it should change it to untrusted in my opinion.

I try to run geswall with ie and firefox, but those browers can't show java applet charts. if i run brower 'trusted', it can show java normally. anything wrong?
