   I have been getting family and friends into Eset Smart Security for a while and have never had a problem installing and activating untill now.
   
   I can NOT for the life of me get Eset to forward me a username and password to get my brother's paid copy of SS to update and I've tried everything.
   
   I NEED HELP PLEASE!
