My spyware doctor has discovered trojan.goldun
    But it can't remove it.
When I try to remove it with spyware doctor it asks for a restart and after that windows will not start and the only way for windows to start is system restore.
I have nod32 2.7 and it doesn't recognize the threat.
I have also tried to format the drive and reinstall windows and I still got it
Even after erasing the disk thoroughly with acronis.
I use windows vista enterprise x64.
I have already tried to use avenger but it doesn't work with my operating system.
I have also tried a tool from prevex but it didn't discover any thing.

Try scanning the file with Virus Total.
    It may be a FP.

    Hmmm

Survives R&R,no file detected....quite safe to say your Spyware Doctor is telling you porky pies:oops:

The fact that removal of detected value results in system failure would suggest that this is a blatent and malicious False Positive by the not so good Doctor.

Afterall active Goldun would require a file+additional registry entries to be live:thumb:
