need help... problem connecting to remote computer

    i'm using the latest version of acronis TI, the problem that is i have no problem installing the agent on the computer, but anytime i try to connect to do a backup of certain workstation it keep asking me for username and password.

    i'm connecting as domain admin and local admin with no luck

    one of the station i'm having problem with is a win2k sp4

    please need help can't figure what's wrong

    Please note that to establish a remote connection you should enter administrator or backup operator username and password. Additional information about can be found in Chapter 4.3 "Managing a single remote computer" in the Acronis True Image 9.1 Workstation User Guide.
