    I plan to test both versions in "The 2009 Defrag Shootout" sometime later this year. I'll let you guys know when I have some results.

    Is anyone using this program with FD-ISR (classic) or Shadowprotect and if so which script?

    I am also confused - if you use slow optimise once (when you have time to wait), are you then locked in to always use Slow Optimise + Fast update or can you change later to Fast Optimize?

    From the MyDefrag user manual...

    "Fast Optimize gives better results than Fast Update, but is incompatible with Slow Optimize."
