    Hi Steve

... and welcome to Wilders :)

Could you explain your problem a little more. Is it just your e-mail that you are having trouble with? Did you get any other alerts when you received this picture/attachment?

From the screenshot it appears NAV got hung-up on an outgoing e-mail. Did you send this message? Is it still in your sent folder?

    Regards,

    CrazyM

Check your sent items folder for any outgoing mail. If there is anything there that you did not write/want to send delete it. Were you expecting the original e-mail and attachment? If not, remove them from your system as well.

Steve, download jpegscan.zip graphical version extract the file inside it to your desktop or just run it from within the .zip file, if you have any infected .jpg files jpegscan can clean them for you. It is very simple to use.

Run widows update from Start - All programs and install the critical updates listed, again quite easy.

    Also follow crazyM's advice ;)
