my computer hates me: offeroptimizer

God knows what else I can't get rid of, but my symptoms are the horrible random popups from xlime.offeroptimizer. If anyone can help me determine what to remove, I'd be so happy. I've run both ad-aware and spybot s&d. Here's my Hijack this logfile. Thank you so much!

I have officially switched, as of yesterday, to Firefox and Thunderbird, as I am completely fed up with this crap. I try so hard to keep my computer clean, and still, every once in a while something gets through. I need to use IE to test my work (I'm a web designer) but that is *all* I will be using it for from now on.
While I'm on this little rant, there's a great toolbar I've just installed for Firefox made especially for web developers.
