MSVBVM60.DLL-What can i do with this?

    This comes on when i turn on computer.Everything seems ok.Is there something i can do? I must add this happened after adding,config.nt txt,auto.exe.nt to system32 folder,to alleviate something else directions which i got at micro soft. appreciate any help.

    here's what i get THIS APPLICATION HAS FAILED TO START BECAUSE MSVBVM60.DLL HAS NOT BEEN FOUND. RE-INSTALLING THE APPLICATION MAY FIX THE PROBLEM. (WHEN i PRESS OK IT DISAPPEARS
