I see it too. I actually liked that change, i never liked the statusbar on my laptop, which was why i put it next to the tab bar. The addons bar i think was a way to evolve the status bar without breaking other addons that relied on it for 'the time being' (which is now a mistery). Deprecated.

Addons that now use the addons bar, have their icon movable, which was not supported by icons coded for the statusbar. I have no source though, i just think that much is logical. Maybe there are other reasons.

Hmm, I'll so some more debugging and see what gives. Gonna grab me a fresh box for the weekend testing.

The thing about link hovering in the article should be corrected, but that's a minor point.

The main criticism is centered in Mozilla Firefox project's "new" version scheme, as well as in the "new" release cycle, and in my opinion, it's a very accurate criticism.

Yes, I see it. I upgraded from 4 -> 5. Extensions: NoScript, LastPass and Status-4-Evar

    Okay.

Maybe we could have another thread dedicated to topics not in any way related to using Firefox 5 and keep some threads purely for discussion on how to use the browser for those who actually use the browser.

Because I updated the entire office expecting there were bug and/or security fixes. :ouch:
