update: Forgot to mention its Truecrypt..sorry

well the title explains my problem... in an intense moment of blatant laps of judgment i re-installed windows on my c drive by formatting it. Totally forgetting it was a Whole volume encrypted drive (password before boot to windows) with all my backups on the d: drive... of course the rescue disk was on the c: drive as an iso so.....im fracked right?

please anyone tell me if there is any way to mount/decrypt the d: partition

    setup:

1Tb disk , two partitions C: and D:, C: system windows 7, whole disc encrypted with password before boot.

Now i can see the D: partitions but shows up as RAW empty in Windows Disc manager

    thx
