Is there any software available that will let me monitor/alert when my computer is being remote monitored. One situation is that someone within the network at the office is looking at my desktop to see what i am doing and i do not know how they are doing this. Would cmonitor or share alarm pro detect this?

    Thanks

Any remote connection software would require an active network connection, which any firewall should be able to alert you to.

However in an office situation, the computer is the property of your employer/company and they are entitled to decide how it is set up, including remote management and monitoring. If you have a concern about this, you should take it up with them and limit "personal activities" to your home PC.

You could try using something simple like tcpview. It won't alert you but you will be able to see all connections to your computer.
