Anyone notice an increase in NewHeur_PE detections during their nightly scans?

A little mouse just whispered to me that this is due to: A newer update to the advanced heuristics module has been released. Detection of Trojans and Backdoors has been greatly improved, as well, support for Morphine runtime packers has been added...

    Cheers :D

On my system all info is the same except for the virus database number... I have 5014 there instead of 5015. Who can tell me why that is?

When you receive the next virus signature update you should see this change to 5015.

    Hope this helps...

    Cheers :D

    Hi rumpstah,

For my part, Nod32 now thinks that the uninstaller for Script Sentry is thusly infected. Finds the infection in both the installation zip and the file located in the Script Sentry folder. Anyone else here using Script Sentry seeing this?

    Best wishes,
    VV
