Why does a module update sometimes corrupt the whole install of a centrally managed NOD32 Antivirus Business Edition client? Meaning: the client's Antivirus/Antispyware scanner is disabled and when I click Help --> About Eset NOD32 Antivirus, the component modules are not listed.

Anyway to quick fix this without a uninstall/reinstall?

I have the same issue. Latest module update killed 3 server clients. I had to unistall and reinstall all 3 and a reboot.

I would be looking for memory issues, bad sectors on the disk, or delayed write failures in the event log on those problem systems before I write this off as an eset problem.

I can confirm there is none of that going on (in my case at least).
