Why not? They seem more bent on tracking or otherwise infiltrating each new release with more demands to run your computer THEIR way or no way instead of making a more prudent decision to re-write/update first, the O/S's they abandoned as in 98/Me. I still say they ran away from them and their users unfairly before addressing needed concerns & improvements first.

But that's the impression they've left behind for me with those models that carry the black plague.
