Merge Failed (desperate)

Hello!

I had my 250 GB hdd split into to 2 partitions:

48 GB for the first partition ( C: )
The rest for the second partition (D: )

I wanted to use Acronis Disk Director Server 10 to merge D with C and something went wrong after a while, Acronis saying: Operation Error (or something similar).

Now I'm in trouble: 44,5 GB appears now as unallocated (green), 140 GB appears as NTFS but has no drive letter and isn't accesible in windows (violet) and the first partition is unchanged (orange).

What is there to do to undo these changes? It is a must than any of the data isn't lost because it was sensitive data. I would really appreciate your help.
