    That would be IMON protecting you from downloading some adware. I just tried both those links and the Norton on the machine I'm on also identified it as a malware executable.

    You might want to do a full scan of your system and make sure you don't have something on there that is attempting to download that to your machine.

    Also as a future note (and I'm sure a Mod will be by to fix this), please do not post direct links to malware files in the forum. Disable them if you must post the link by swapping http with hxxp or something similar.

    Also, see the image below, I took the file and jottied it (virustotal seems down) and it comes back pretty conclusively that this is a malware infected package.

    I'd go through Blackspear's tutorial and verify your NOD32 setup and then run a full scan of your system just to be safe.
