Managing Multiple Licenses

Hi,
I have 2 bulk licenses of NOD32 Antivirus for Windows Standard Edition.
What happens to the licenses say when 1 of the PC's fails and needs replacing and therefore the applicable license is not required on that PC but now required on the new PC?
How can this be done?
Also a user has left the company and taken his laptop with him (legitimately!) , with a license associated with a multiple license? How can that PC be excluded from the multiple license list? Is this possible?

If it's possible to uninstall EAV from the computer you're going to replace, do so. If not, simply use your username/password to download and update EAV on the new machine.

 

There is no chance of uninstalling EAV on the old computer as it is dead.
