Last night my computer crashed (Windows XP side of a dual-boot Linux Mint/Windows machine) I have Macrium Reflect Free images on an external drive, however, I am not at home so I don't have a rescue disk with me.

My easiest option would be to download a rescue disk but I don't think I can do this. Can I?

Second option might be to install Macrium Reflect Free on my laptop (Windows Vista) and burn a rescue DVD from that. Will this work?

    Any assistance will be appreciated.

I believe the easiest thing to do it what you suggested in your second statement...reinstall the free version on another device and just burn the Linux Rescue CD. I don't believe you can download the CD (free or paid) from the website. Good luck!
