    Hi,

I'm looking for the lowest resource(from RAM usage to number of running processes) eating browser at the current moment.

    All suggestions are most welcome.

    Best Wishes,
    Amit

There's none if you open 10 or more tabs. Buy more RAM 'cause is cheap.

    IE from standard choices: -http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/firefox-7-web-browser,3037-14.html

    Or really lightweights: -http://www.techsupportalert.com/best-free-web-browser-lightweight.htm

You can not expect many features from a lightweight browser, especially not a nice looking GUI.

I would guess so, considering there's not a heck of a lot that browser can do :D

To answer the question, you're just going to have to test them out. It's going to vary by built-in features like security, website content and so on. And yes, if you've got 10 or more tabs open at the same time, it's not really going to matter what browser you use...unless you go with Lynx :D

Thanks a lot guys. I'll test the browsers myself and see what's the lightest for me. Thanks again.:thumb:
